What to know.
Delivery
Gift cards arrive by email, usually within ten minutes. You can schedule them for a future date — morning of Christmas, day of the baby shower, whenever. A printed paper version is optional at checkout ($3 extra, shipped in an envelope).
Expiration
None. We don't do expiration dates. If your mother-in-law takes eight years to use it, that's between her and the studio. We'll still be here.
Refunds
Unused gift cards refund in full within 30 days, no questions. After that we can convert the balance to studio credit — useful if the recipient didn't love it.
Using it
At checkout, the recipient enters the code. It applies to any order. Unused balance stays on the card for next time.
